Is personal non-public information kept private?

We have a strict privacy policy on your information. We will not access your information, sell or use it for marketing.

Your information or information about you will not be provided or sold to any outside company for any purpose, including research and marketing.

3.

Employees and partner’s employees have limited access to customer information based on their responsibilities to resolve any customer service issues that may arise.

What is eFinPLAN’s security?

All of your information is kept private and secure with the latest technology.

Names are not required in the eFinPLAN financial plan questionnaire. Social Security, bank and investment account numbers are not input anywhere.

3.

As an additional measure of protection and privacy the payment and login systems are totally separate from the financial planning system.

The Financial Data is stored on a separate remote server for additional protection. eFinPLAN and their partner’s use multiple firewalls, high quality data center and no shared access. Data on server is encrypted.

The entire site (login, payment and planning) uses secure encrypted connections – Secure Socket Layer –SSL. This is signified by the https instead of http. We transfer all information over these connections to ensure no one can view your information.

Where is the Software and Data Stored?

 

Data and software resides on secure encrypted servers. This permits quick and easy software revisions, avoids lengthy customer downloads, and provides customer access from home or remote locations.
